SECTION 3: PERSONAL HISTORY




David was born into a wealthy aristocratic family on the Earth continent of Australia. He, like all his forefathers was expected to take high public office. David defied his parent’s wishes, for now, and decided to join Starfleet. David’s mother is an Ambassador and his father is a senior member of parliament.

David has had one true love, his partner at Starfleet Intelligence, Commander Elizabeth Forward. She was tragically killed on Stardate 23631122.1659 in a mission that the two of them and Admiral Windsor was on.




SECTION 4: CHARACTER'S ATTRIBUTES




1) Talents: During David’s childhood he was educated in the art of Diplomacy, because of his family history this was very intense training, therefore David is a very good Diplomat.
David is also a skilled Lawyer, Investigator and Leader.
David is also a quick learner in most areas.

2) Traditions: David follows all the Catholic Holidays. He also begins each day with an Iced Coffee.

4) Likes:David loves a good challenge, that is one of the reasons he applied to join the USS Entropy. He also likes to expand his knowledge as much as possible, this is one of the reasons he has been to the Academy three times to do three different degree combinations.

David also likes people who are not afraid to ask for his help. He also likes his new job, being a Counselor is a way he can give people the help that they need.

He also likes pople to form an opinion by investigating, and coming up with something themselves

5) Dislikes: He dislikes people who form their opinions on what they are told by the media or by a third party. He also dislikes people who jump the proverbial gun and don’t bother to find out what they are doing.

He despises any person or race that is an enemy of the United Federation of Planets. He also dislikes people who can’t follow orders.

6) Strong Beliefs: He follows the Roman Catholic Religion of Earth. However, he also has a strong belief in the Bajoran Prophets.

7) Limitations: David has a very limited knowledge on Engineering.

8) Strengths: David is again a very good Diplomat, Lawyer and Investigator.

He also has a good repour with most people he encounters.

He is always willing to go that little bit further for a good cause. He is also always willing to lend a hand.

9) Ambitions: Although David has not told this to his parents, he would like to return to Earth and pick up the Family trade, he would like to be an Ambassador or on the Council.

First, however, David would not knock back the opoetunity of Commanding his own ship... but than again not many officers would..

10) Special Abilities: David is an Empath of sorts. He can tell how people are feeling, but can not read their minds. David has always been able to tell how people feel by reading their body language, but as he got older he learned that he could actually read their emotions from inside them... no longer was he restructed to reading the outer emotions, now he could read the true emotions.

David also has visions of an Intuition nature. .

11) Quirks: Every now and then David needs to be a little immature just to keep everything in balance

David’s first Specialization was INTELLIGENCE where he studied; Cryptanalysis, Electronic Operations: Communications, Electronics: Communications, Intelligence Analysis, Electronic Operations: Security Systems, Electronics: Sensors, Interrogation, Language (Romulan), Pilot: Runabout, Psychology (Borg), SINGINT Collection/Jamming, Starfleet Protocol, Strategy: Space, Survival, Tactics: Small Units, Unarmed Combat , Weapons: Phasers, Xenobiology (Borg).

His chosen minor was COMMUNICATIONS in this course he studied; Diplomacy, Electronics: Computers, General Services, Psychology (Terran)

David was than posted to Starfleet Intelligence Corps on Stardate 23620213.0915 where he participated in a number of Classified Missions, his fiancée was also a Intelligence Officer, Lt. Cmdr Foreward, on a mission together against the Borg she was killed. This threw him into depression, he couldn’t work there any more he resigned his commission as Lt. in Intelligence after two years, 23640320.1758. Admiral Windsor pulled a few strings for him and he was offered to return to Starfleet Academy to choose another career path or stay-on at SFI. David opted the academy. When he returned to the academy he only had to study a Major and Minor, he chose to Study Starfleet Interstellar Law and Operations, these two courses started 23640602.0859 and involved; Law: Federation (General), Law: Federation (Administrative), Law: Federation (Claims), Law: Federation (Contracts), Law: Federation (Criminal), Law: Federation (Interplanetary), Law: Federation (Operational), Law: Federation (Bajoran), Law: Federation (non-native) and in the Operations course; Astrogation (Warp Drives), Astrophysics, Gunner: Photon Torpedoes, Electronic Operations: Starship Phasers, Electronics Operations: Photon Torpedoes, Gunner: Starship Phasers.

After a further two years at Starfleet Academy 23660520.1854 -- This time at San Fransisco, David gained a an Interplanetary Law Degree, here David graduated with honours. With this he got to chose his posting, he chose to become Assistant Starfleet Legal Attaché to the Federation Ambassador to Bajor, when Bajor became a member of the united Federation Of Planets and the Ambassidor and Legal Attache departed, David requested assignment to DS9 to be the Starfleet Legal Officer to Bajor and the Gamma Quadrant, here David reached the rank of Lieutenant after 3 years. During one of the Mediation sessions between the Bajoran Kai and her delegates (Chief Ministerial Governor, two Veddics, Captain Sisko and Major Kera) and an un-identified spiecies from the Gamma Quadrant David discovered he had Empathic abilities and some Intuition Capabilities, when these aliens tried to assasinate the Kai and her delegates. Captain Sisko made recomendations to Starfleet Command that he return to Starfleet Academy, on my request to compleet Starfleet Councelling and Medical courses. (23691130.1634)
